Grand Ha Long Hotel

Stayed for 4 days with my husband. Beds were being comfy and the space was always clean. Staff members were being really useful and pleasant and every day took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious along with the closet. The bathroom have been clean and also the shower was wonderful. Not a really social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

Good staff, incredibly friendly and useful in particular throughout the day shifts. For the worth its a great offer. The receptionist is amazing, knows excellent spots to go to for visitors.

Really awesome and clean hotel. The placement is great, precisely what we needed. Beds ended up incredibly nice. There wasn’t a lot about the social atmosphere but surely is fantastic for a complete night relaxation. I appreciated my days here enormously and will probably book yet again for my future visit here.

Excellent hotel, anything is few steps. Personnel are tremendous welcoming and handy and talk good English. You can find activities just about every evening and it´s a very good way to socializing with people. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed everyday. Only problem was beds are somewhat noisy but that’s really insignificant. Great quality for the price!

If you are travelling to Ha Long you should reserve a room here. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the guest rooms are very clean. The overall atmosphere was alright.
